Über mich

Nach Absolvierung des 1. und des 2. Staatsexamens in Deutschland (2002 und 2004) legte Bernd Hauck 2007 die Anerkennungsprüfung zum Advokaten in Basel-Stadt ab (2007) und promivierte an der Universität Basel (Dr. iur.). Seit 2007 ist Bernd Hauck als Advokat (CH) und Rechtswalt (DE) eingetragen.

Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf dem Werkvertragsrecht (SIA- und KBOB-Verträge), dem Recht der Planer (insb. SIA- und KBOB-Planerverträge) und dem Vergaberecht, wo er jeweils ein besonderes Augenmerk auf das Thema Nachhaltigkeit richtet. Weitere Tätigkeitsgebiete sind das Handelsrecht (insb. komplexe Vertragswerke und AGB) und das Arbeitsrecht (insbesondere grenzüberschreitende Fragen). Zu den vorgenannten Themen hält Bernd Hauck immer wieder Vorträge. Zudem führt er Schulungen bei Unternehmen durch, die ihre Mitarbeiter in diesem Bereich fortbilden wollen.

Seine Tätigkeit umfasst auch das Führen von nationalen und internationalen Zivilprozessen und Schiedsverfahren. Bernd Hauck ist bei verschiedenen Anwaltsvereinigungen aktiv und verfügt über ein ausgezeichnetes internationales Netzwerk.
