Benjamin Marti’s practice focuses on supervisory law, financial market law, financial market enforcement, commercial criminal law, criminal law, general contract law, employment law and tenancy law. He also acts as external legal counsel to various Swiss companies. He conducts regular training sessions and he is a permanent lecturer for “financial services compliance”. Moreover, he is part-time judge of a conciliation authority dealing with lease and rental matters.
