Claire Mordelet provides legal counsel primarily in the areas of domestic and international commercial arbitration procedure, both ad hoc and institutional (in particular under the auspices of the ICC and the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution). She acts as counsel and as Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal respectively. She is admitted to the Bar of the jurisdictions of Paris and New York.
