Françoise Martin Antipas has in-depth expertise in corporate law and in employment law, which constitute her areas of practice at the law firm. After her Master of Law, she wrote her PhD thesis on family managed limited companies, now published in a second edition. In parallel she has collaborated on a new edition of a compendium on employment law. Françoise Martin Antipas works in a legal advisory capacity in both the fields of corporate and employment law. In particular, she assists parties to employment agreements at all stages in the contractual relationship. In 2016, she obtained the title of Certified Specialist SBA Labour Law.
