Luca Stäuble

Luca Stäuble provides domestic and foreign companies with support in matters concerning data protection under both Swiss and European data protection legislation (FADP/EU GDPR). In particular, he advises and represents his clients in the design and implementation of (digital) business models as well as in the negotiation and amending of data protection-relevant contracts and documents such as cooperation agreements, service contracts (including ADVs), privacy policies, processing lists, internal guidelines, etc. His other focal points include the areas of competition and antitrust law as well as financial market law.
