Sabine Neuhaus advises primarily in the areas of M&A, commercial and business law and assists clients in drafting and negotiating contracts. A particular focus of her practice is advising Chinese clients in Switzerland as well as Swiss and European clients in the People's Republic of China. She also has extensive knowledge in international arbitration and has been involved in arbitration proceedings in the construction sector and post-M&A disputes. Sabine Neuhaus‘ other focus of interest lies in new technologies and developments in the MedTech industry.
