Sophie Fourques de Ruyter focuses on her day to day practice on banking and financial law, Compliance (AML, FATCA, OECD EAR, etc.), trusts and private clients’ rights.

Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2018, and with her experience as a French attorney specialised in NTIC & IP/IT laws, she also advises foreign and Swiss clients in these fields and in those related to contracts and data protection.
